چکیده
ABSTRACT Measuring the proper motion of emission component in radio-quiet quasars (RQQs) could help to distinguish between origins radio and understand whether jet production mechanism is same radio-loud RQQs. PG 1351+640 one few RQQs suitable for studies: it has two compact components on milli-arcsec scales, a flat-spectrum core steep-spectrum jet; both are ≳2 mJy at 5 GHz well suited Very Long Baseline Array (VLBA) observations. We compare recent VLBA observations with that made seventeen years ago find no significant change core-jet separation 2005 2015 (a 0.003 mas yr−1). However, increased significantly 2022, inferring velocity 0.063 yr−1, which corresponds an apparent transverse $0.37\, c$ . The result suggests RQQ mildly relativistic oriented relatively small viewing angle.

X-rays from the radio-quiet quasar PG 1407+265: relativistic jet or accretion disc emission?
We present two XMM-Newton observations of the luminous (Lx > 10 erg s ), radioquiet quasar, PG 1407+265, separated by eleven months. The data indicate two distinct states: a highly variable, bright state (first epoch); and a quiescent, low-flux one (second epoch). During the low-flux state the spectrum is consistent with a single, unabsorbed power law. However, during the brighter state a highl...
متن کاملA Relativistic Jet in the Radio-quiet Quasar Pg1407+263
We present the results of a multi-epoch radio monitoring campaign measuring the milliarcsecond structure of the jet in the radio-quiet quasar PG1407+263. This is the highest-sensitivity, highestresolution multi-year study of a distant active galaxy. The observations are naturally explained in terms of a beamed relativistic jet, some of whose fluctuations in flux density can be ascribed to inter...
متن کاملThe long time - scale X – ray variability of the radio - quiet quasar PG 0804 + 761
We present the results from a study of the timing properties and the energy spectrum of the radio-quiet quasar PG 0804+761, based on monitoring RXTE/PCA observations that lasted for a year. This is a systematic study of the X–ray variations on time scales of weeks/months of the most luminous radio-quiet quasar studied so far. We detect significant variations in the 2−10 keV band of an average a...
متن کاملRelativistic jet motion in the core of the radio - loud quasar J 1101 + 7225
Multi-epoch GHz Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) data of the radio-loud quasar J1101+7225 were analyzed to estimate the proper motion of extended optically thin jet components. Two components separated from the core could be mapped at 1.66 GHz, which is consistent with earlier observations. In one case we found evidence of high apparent super-luminal motion (β app = 22.5 ± 4) at large (...
متن کاملRadio - quiet quasar environments at 0 . 5 ≤ z ≤ 0 . 8
We have quantified the galaxy environments around a sample of 0.5 ≤ z ≤ 0.8 radioquiet quasars using the amplitude of the spatial galaxy–quasar correlation function, Bgq. The quasars exist in a wide variety of environments, some sources are located in clusters as rich as Abell class 1–2 clusters, whereas others exist in environments comparable to the field. We find that on average, the quasars ...
